Snowden: “In all countries where we see a strong and secret intelligence agency, we see abuses”

The technology consultant and former employee of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and National Security Agency (NSA), Edward Snowden, was interviewed by Argentine journalist Hugo Alconada Mon during a seminar organized by the Iniciativa de Control Ciudadano del Sistema de Inteligencia (ICCSI). During his talk Snowden indicated that in “all countries where we see a strong and secret intelligence agency, we see abuses,” adding that “neither the courts nor the congress manage to set limits.”
